Indian Food

Vegetable Samosa - 2 Pc

$7.99

Two pastry pockets filled with spiced potatoes, peas, and herbs.

“Cute, yummy, and cozy! Mint Masala is one of my regular go-to restaurants in the area. The different curries are creamy and delicious, and they can adjust the level of spiciness to your needs. Their vegetable samosas are great and their lentil soup is perfect for a winter day. They have a vegetarian section and other options that can be made vegetarian. It’s a small spot, so I recommend checking in before heading there!”

Chicken

Chicken - Lunch Specials

$18.99

Chicken curry lunch with basmati rice, naan, and the vegetable of the day.

“It was a wonderful experience. I got the lunch special with chicken tikka masala. The portion size was very good (It could honestly be split between two people if you are not super super hungry). Great atmosphere, there was some light music playing in the background. My server, Puja, was awesome and made sure my friend and I were well taken care of. The wait time was minimal (3:30pm on a Monday).”

Curry

Dal Gosht

$22.99

Lamb cubes and yellow lentils simmered with spices and herbs.

“We followed the Indian food delivery guys into this lovely little hole in the wall on MacDougal Street as they sat down to eat. Suman, our waiter, was friendly and very informative. Our order of Dal Gosht lamb and lentil curry and lamb biryani were delicious and freshly prepared to order. The check for a meal of this quality was so reasonable that we felt that we were the ones who had made a profit after enjoying such a delectable dinner.”

Seafood

Shrimp Vindaloo

$24.99

Shrimp curry seasoned with garlic, vinegar, cumin, cloves, and chilies.

“Very delicious Indian food. I’ve tried to order something new every single time and I’ve never been disappointed here. The quality of everything is very consistent which isn’t always guaranteed at any restaurant. On one occasion I went in for their lunch special and I got a good amount of food for a very good price. I almost always order delivery and the food travels very well and arrives at my door pretty quickly.”

Vegetarian Food

Aloo Gobi Adrak Masala

$20.99

Cauliflower and potatoes in tomato-ginger sauce with cumin and chilies.

“My favorite local Indian spot! Service is great, food is delicious. Delivery is also quick, and food arrived hot. They have a great lunch special too. Prices are fair, especially given the large portions. I can often get two meals out of one entree! Definitely give it a try! Chana masala, palak paneer, veggie samosa, aloo Gobi and garlic naan are my favorites. Oh, and many great vegetarian options too!”

Dal Tadka

$18.99

Split yellow lentils cooked with tomato, ginger, garlic, and spices.

“Tried this small restaurant first time after a busy day in the city for dinner. We ordered Roghani Josh lamb and Daal Tadka with Naan and mangoe lassi. Everything was well prepared and freshly done. The service was awesome and the waitress Lobsang was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about the food and suggested good dishes. Topped off the dinner with some warm and moist Gulab jamun. Awesome food. We will be back.”

Tandoori Dishes

Tandoori Prawns

$22.99

Tiger prawns marinated with lemon, yogurt, ginger, garlic, and spices.

“I recently visited this restaurant with my friends and I must say that this is the best Indian restaurant in the area. We tried butter chicken with Kulcha, veg biryani and paneer masala. The food was so yummy 😋 The owners are so involved with every customer to provide the best food and services. I am definitely visiting the restaurant whenever I want to try Indian food. Oops! I forgot about the Mango lassi and Rasmalai which was home made😋😋”
