“Tried this small restaurant first time after a busy day in the city for dinner. We ordered Roghani Josh lamb and Daal Tadka with Naan and mangoe lassi. Everything was well prepared and freshly done. The service was awesome and the waitress Lobsang was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about the food and suggested good dishes. Topped off the dinner with some warm and moist Gulab jamun. Awesome food. We will be back.”

“Some of the best Indian food I’ve had! And the menu explains all the dishes and describes the cultural context briefly, which I found super helpful bc I’ve seen these dish names and always been confused, but now I wanna come back and try everything. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Service was also very good. The building is also very cute, fresh paint and cute minimalist but ornate mood lighting”

Rosemary Naan

$5.00

Leavened naan made with all-purpose flour and topped with rosemary.

“We loved the food. It has one of the best naans in Newyork and samosas too. The malai kofta was also mouthwatering. We visited twice in 15 days because this restaurant served great taste at a reasonable rate. Not to forget, the supervisor James was an amazing host. The Bollywood playlist that in the background was addictive 🤩”

Tandoori Chicken

$20.99

Bone-in chicken marinated with yogurt, ginger, garlic, and spices.

“My favorite local Indian spot! Service is great, food is delicious. Delivery is also quick, and food arrived hot. They have a great lunch special too. Prices are fair, especially given the large portions. I can often get two meals out of one entree! Definitely give it a try! Chana masala, palak paneer, veggie samosa, aloo Gobi and garlic naan are my favorites. Oh, and many great vegetarian options too!”

“I have eaten a lot of Indian food in many different places and Mint Masala does not disappoint. We were 6 people ordering different meals from the menu and all of us enjoyed the food thoroughly. Mint Masala is a little jewel in the heart of SoHo. So glad we took the extra time to look for it in the rain. I highly recommend this place.”

“I had an excellent experience at Mint Masala. The service was incredibly attentive, and the staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The curry was easily some of the best I’ve had in Manhattan — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with authentic spices. The fresh bread baked in their traditional oven was absolutely outstanding and paired perfectly with every dish. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the kitchen appeared, which added to the overall confidence in the dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic and high-quality Indian food!”
